We built it on a NEXT generation 36-ton, Toray Carbon Blank, that delivers a balance of raw strength, cuts weight and accelerates recovery on the cast. From light scratching work to epic shark battles, the Okuma Nemesis SP 14′ 3-5oz 3PC Rod is ready. With eight spinning models and two casting models – from 12’0”, 2–4oz all the way to 15’0”, 6–8oz – there’s a Nemesis for every rock and surf fishing scenario.

We built the Nemesis series on a next generation 36-ton, Toray Carbon Blank, that delivers a balance of raw strength, cuts weight and accelerates recovery on the cast. We wrapped it in our Okuma OPP Protective wrap to add strength and protect the blank.
FUJI K-SERIES ANTI TANGLE GUIDES
The addition of Fuji K-Series Anti-Tangle guides with Alconite inserts provides superior tangle-free performance, particularly when fishing braided lines in windy conditions that can cause line wrap on the cast. This system offers longer, smoother casts, fewer wind knots, and enhanced strength and durability, while the lightweight inserts ensure durable performance and reliability.
FUJI DPS REEL SEAT
Contributing to the overall fishability of the new Nemesis series is a Fuji DPS Reel Seat for maximum performance.
MECHANICAL CASTING AID
The Nemesis is also paired with a mechanical casting aid, a standard on all of our high performance Rock & Surf rods.
